Welcome to Lali’s Cash Loan! By applying for a loan or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- “Company” refers to Lali’s Cash Loan.
- “Client” refers to any individual applying for or receiving a loan from us.
- “Loan” refers to any financial product offered by us, including microloans, personalized loans, and long-term loans.
- “Agreement” refers to the legally binding contract between the Client and the Company.
2. Loan Eligibility
To apply for a loan, you must:
✅ Be at least 18 years old.
✅ Be a South African citizen or permanent resident.
✅ Have a valid South African ID.
✅ Provide proof of income and employment.
✅ Pass a creditworthiness check.
3. Loan Types & Repayment Terms
We offer the following loan options:
- Micro Loans – Short-term loans ranging from R500 – R10,000, repayable within 1 to 6 months.
- Personalized Loans – Custom loan amounts from R10,000 – R50,000, with flexible repayment terms of 6 months to 18 months.
- Long-Term Loans – Larger loans from R50,000 – R100,000, repayable over 12 to 24 months.
Repayment Terms
- All loans must be repaid as per the agreed-upon schedule.
- Late payments may result in penalties and additional interest.
- Early repayment is allowed without penalty unless otherwise stated.
- A 7-day grace period is provided for missed payments before late fees apply.
4. Interest Rates & Fees
- Interest rates are between 5% – 40% annually, depending on loan type, credit score, and repayment term.
5. Creditworthiness Check & Documentation
By applying for a loan, you consent to a credit check with registered credit bureaus.
Clients must sign the following documents before loan approval:
📄 Loan Agreement – Outlines loan terms, interest rates, and repayment conditions.
📄 Consent Form – Authorizes credit bureau checks and data processing.
📄 Acknowledgment of Terms – Confirms the client understands the loan terms and consequences of default.
6. Late Payments & Default
- Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees and interest.
- A 7-day grace period applies before late fees are charged.
- Continuous non-payment may lead to legal action or blacklisting with credit bureaus.
- We may engage debt collection agencies to recover outstanding amounts.
7. Loan Approval & Disbursement
- Loan applications are subject to approval based on risk assessment.
- Once approved, funds will be disbursed to the provided bank account within 24 – 72 hours.
- We reserve the right to reject applications without explanation.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
- We collect and process personal data in compliance with South African laws.
- Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
✔️ Provide accurate and truthful information.
✔️ Repay your loan as per the agreement.
✔️ Inform us of any changes in employment or financial status.
✔️ Use the loan funds only for their intended purpose.
10. Cancellation & Early Settlement
- You may cancel your loan application before approval without penalty.
- Early repayment is allowed; however, settlement terms may vary.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be resolved internally.
- If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) or the relevant legal authorities.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
